Developers are busy people. If at any moment they have nothing to do they have to learn otherwise their knowledge will become obsolete! Because there is always some novelty stuff released.
The developer is nodding along but the job is not progressing – what’s behind that?
I have worked in a lot of places around the world, but never in Switzerland. Just not in Switzerland where apparently money grows on trees. I thought I'd give it a try.
